Refund & Cancellation Policy

Given the nature of the digital services available under NOTEBOOK, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase of subscription of our services. We do not give refunds for most of our online subscription purchases:

  • 1. Payments for subscription and service(s) provided under NOTEBOOK are on 100% advance basis. You can cancel the subscription at any time if you are unable to access the content, we can issue a refund provided it is proven. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a monthly (or longer) subscription, we may refund the cost of the month in which you canceled for a reasonable reason. Provided, Subscription cancellation request is received within 07 (Seven) days of initiation of the subscription.
  • 2. Further we may deduct a reasonable amount as service fee plus applicable taxes.
  • 3. The payment for the subscription / services are Non-Refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Goods and Services Tax or any other applicable taxes are non- refundable.
  • 4. With regards to downgrades of subscription, we do not issue any refund or credit for partial month’s usage(s).
  • 5. Cancellation and Refund, if any, will be at our sole discretion. We may only refund active subscriptions, and are unable to refund subscriptions that have already ended.
  • 6. Refunds, if any, will be credited within 14 (Fourteen) working days up to a maximum of 45 (Forty Five) working days.
  • 7. You can only cancel a subscription for a refund once. If you subscribe it again you will not be able to get a refund. If a refund is issued, you will lose access to the item.
  • 8. We reserve the right to amend/alter or change any part of this policy in part or whole or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.
